HRGAシニアスペシャリスト/ HRGA Senior Specialist

An international medical device supplier is in need of a HRGA Senior Specialist. The chosen candidate will be accountable for ensuring alignment of all HR activities across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the HRGA manager regarding general affairs
• Track the performance of HR programs and relevant activities on a regular basis
• Lead the monthly payroll process
• Enhance the onboarding experience for new starters
• Partner with the HRGA manager to run training sessions for employees
• Handle administrative matters for training courses and events
• Take part in event management as needed
• Maintain the consistency of position description database
• Handle internal questions regarding employee benefits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or similar areas
• 5+ years of experience in an HR function, including payroll, tax and social insurance management
• 5+ years of general affairs experience is a strong plus
• 3+ years of experience in HRBP is wanted
• Outstanding analytical and organisational skills
• Understanding of payroll procedures and labour law management
• Strong MS Office proficiency
• Written and spoken English proficiency
