A manufacturing company is currently recruiting an HR Manager to join its team and take ownership of HR practices and processes while enhancing recruiting activities and managing a team of up to 8 people, contingent on experience.
- Manager/supervise monthly, quarterly, and yearly activities for some HR functions including HR planning, payroll, C&B, talent management, and L&D
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with overall business strategy
- Enhance recruiting activities
- Manage a team of up to 8 depending on experience
- Manage budget
- A university degree
- A minimum of 6-7 years’ human resources experience, preferably within a Japanese or foreign capital industrial company
- Native level Japanese; business level English
- Strong leadership ability
- A good business mindset
