リソーシングマネージャー/ Resourcing Manager

A global investment management firm is seeking a Resourcing Manager for Experienced Hires and Early Careers. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and talent strategy across Japan and APAC while ensuring a strong candidate experience. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to deliver consultative recruitment support
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes for experienced hires and early careers programs aligned with global standards
• Identify business hiring needs through collaboration with HR and internal teams
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies with a focus on direct sourcing quality
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate campus recruitment and early talent initiatives
• Drive employer branding, candidate engagement, and D&I recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in specialist recruitment (gained within Financial Services is ideal)
• Understanding of Workday Recruitment Module and other ATS systems
• Proficient in English and Japanese
