採用担当者/ Recruiter

A renowned financial services company is looking for a Recruiter (Mid-Career Hiring). The selected candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment, partnering with stakeholders to attract and secure top talent while ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align hiring strategies with business goals
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding follow-up
• Source candidates proactively and build pipelines for specialised financial services roles
• Optimise recruitment channels including agencies, direct sourcing, and referrals
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and track hiring progress using ATS
• Ensure compliance, fairness, and effective collaboration with global stakeholders

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of hands-on experience in mid-career recruitment
• Experience recruiting for financial institutions (securities firms, banks, or other global financial services organisations)
• Prior experience recruiting within the financial industry, or working at a recruitment agency
• Proven experience utilising direct sourcing tools for recruitment
• Business level English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience recruiting front-office professionals and other specialised roles within financial institutions
• Prior recruitment experience during joint venture, startup, or new organisation launch phases
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions independently in a dynamic environment
