Bilingual RPO Recruiter, MNC Client
We are seeking a billingual Recruiter to join our team in Tokyo as part of an exciting Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership with a globally recognized multinational corporation.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Tokyo as part of an exciting Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership with a globally recognized multinational corporation (MNC). This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring processes in Japan while working closely with the client’s HR Business Partner (HRBP) team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across various functions within Japan, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client’s HRBP team, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and expectations.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels.
- Provide consultative support to hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and best practices for recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluent to native-level Japanese and conversational English are essential for this role.
- Experience: Proven experience in agency recruitment, in-house talent acquisition, or RPO environments. Candidates from any industry background are welcome.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and manage expectations effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Japanese job market and labor laws is highly desirable.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a hybrid work environment.
