人事マネージャー/ Human Resource Manager

A global logistics company is looking for a Human Resource Manager. The selected candidate will lead HR strategy and operations, drive workforce planning and recruitment, strengthen compliance and internal communication, and support continuous organisational improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR strategy and operational planning in partnership with the Managing Director
• Align HR support with divisional goals, roles, and business priorities
• Improve and implement HR processes covering leave, job classification, travel, and health and safety
• Drive recruitment, succession planning, and resource allocation based on business needs and workforce trends
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships, employee communication, and participation across the organisation
• Manage HR budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to meetings, training, and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience as HR (payroll and recruiting)
• Prior senior HR experience
• Knowledge of labor law
• Understanding and application of HR software and resources
• Professional level Japanese and English
