A global medical device company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner. The selected candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles, partner closely with business leaders, and drive hiring strategies that secure strong talent pipelines in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end hiring for commercial roles, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding
• Build and execute recruitment strategies that meet hiring goals and strengthen talent pipelines
• Partner with business heads, HR, and hiring managers to align hiring plans with business priorities
• Influence stakeholders and guide recruitment decisions through strong communication and market insight
• Solve hiring challenges, remove process bottlenecks, and manage requisitions efficiently through the ATS
• Strengthen candidate experience and promote the employer brand across sourcing channels and platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree is preferred)
• More than 5 years of experience in talent acquisition (commercial roles)
• Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders,
  with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships
• Professional level Japanese and English
