タレントマネージャー/ Talent Manager

A global financial services company is looking for a Talent Manager Japan. The selected candidate will lead market-wide talent strategy, hiring delivery, and succession planning by partnering with business and People stakeholders and using data-driven talent intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and People stakeholders to activate talent and talent acquisition strategies aligned to market priorities
• Embed skills strategy into workforce planning, working across Talent and Talent Acquisition to drive execution
• Lead market talent acquisition strategy and deliver specialist, volume, and priority-skills hiring across all business areas
• Drive consistent, high-quality candidate and employee experiences across hiring segments, including executive leadership and emerging talent
• Lead succession planning for critical roles, strengthening pipeline depth, readiness, and internal mobility through transparent processes
• Use talent analytics to improve performance metrics, manage workforce fulfillment risks, and maintain cost discipline and compliance

Requirements:

• Knowledge of talent management strategies including succession management
• Familiarity with the products & services and the wider forces / external & internal environment that is required to operate within
• Skilled in advising on a wide range of TA issues
• Ability in developing a comprehensive workforce fulfilment strategy that
  maximises talent acquisition and talent management
• Business level Japanese; professional level English
