A global eCommerce company is seeking a Senior Recruiter. The selected candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring teams to design sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies
• Recruit passive candidates, evaluate long-term fit, and promote the organisation's opportunities
• Build and manage candidate networks through research and relationship management
• Conduct structured interviews and ensure consistent candidate evaluations
• Contribute to recruitment initiatives and implement best practices in hiring processes
• Develop recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in recruitment
• Skilled in full lifecycle recruiting aspects, salary trends
• Business level English and Japanese
