A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Talent Acquisition, Sr Associate / Associate. The selected candidate will develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workforce analysis and design talent acquisition strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and present qualified candidates
• Build and manage a strong recruiter and candidate network
• Utilise online platforms, referrals, and campaigns to source top talent
• Support end-to-end hiring including interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve outcomes

Requirements:

• Knowledge of principles and practices of HR (employment law and compliance requirements)
• Understanding of full lifecycle components (sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, wage trends)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
