シニアリクルーター/ Senior Recruiter

A renowned recruitment professional services company is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and delivering an excellent candidate experience. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead vacancy discussions and define recruitment plans with hiring managers
• Advise on attraction strategies based on market trends and hiring needs
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from interview to onboarding
• Source candidates through diverse channels and techniques
• Develop talent pipelines and provide market insights to support hiring decisions

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment (technology is ideal)
• Prior experience developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
• Proven experience managing candidates through recruitment process
• Understanding of various candidate sourcing strategies (web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching)
• Professional level Japanese and English
