ボリュームリクルーティング シニアマネージャー/ Volume Recruiting Senior Manager
A multinational eCommerce company is seeking a Senior Manager, Volume Hiring. The selected candidate will lead large-scale recruitment initiatives to attract and secure frontline talent essential for business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute mass hiring strategies for roles such as Field Sales, Account Managers, and Delivery Operations
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans with growth objectives
- Optimise sourcing channels, recruitment events, and digital campaigns to enhance candidate attraction
- Manage and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators focused on operational and seminar-oriented hiring
- Track hiring funnel metrics and implement process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Japan’s labour laws and company hiring standards
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of experience in high-volume recruiting within logistics, retail, delivery platforms, or staffing industries
- Proven experience designing and executing scalable volume hiring strategies across multiple regions
- Experience in seminar-style and event-based recruitment models
- Strong people management skills with a focus on recruiter development and operational excellence
- Proficient in using ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and data-driven hiring metrics
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to align hiring with growth priorities
- Deep understanding of Japan’s labour market, compliance, and cultural hiring practices
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
