TAマネージャー/ TA Manager

A renowned premium beverages company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The selected candidate will lead strategic recruitment initiatives, workforce planning, and HR partnership efforts to drive organisational growth and strengthen company culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for store, corporate, and leadership roles
• Partner with business leaders to define manpower needs and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with brand and business goals
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key and expansion positions
• Manage relationships with agencies, job platforms, and universities
• Enhance employer branding through social media and partnership initiatives
• Act as an HR partner to business leaders, supporting performance, engagement, and succession planning
• Coordinate performance reviews and training programs to develop internal talent
• Design engagement programs to strengthen company culture
• Monitor key HR metrics and prepare recruitment and workforce reports for management

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of HR experience with solid expertise in Talent Acquisition
• Proven success managing large-scale recruitment or business expansion in retail or F&B sectors
• Strong understanding of HR processes, performance systems, and organisational design
• Knowledge of Japanese labour law and employment practices
• Fluent level Japanese and English
