法人・オペレーション採用担当アソシエイト/ Corporate & Ops Recruiter Associate
A multinational financial services firm is seeking a Corporate and Operations Recruiter Associate. The selected candidate will drive full-cycle recruitment for Corporate Functions & Operations, sourcing top talent and managing strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates
- Advise hiring managers and HR partners on recruiting processes, policies, and best practices
- Source, evaluate, and present top candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and refine recruitment strategies based on feedback from stakeholders
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and guidance
- Lead compensation discussions and support offer closure processes
- Manage diversity hiring initiatives aligned with Affirmative Action goals
- Provide market and competitor insights to support strategic hiring decisions
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance using the applicant tracking system
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in a fast-paced in-house or RPO recruiting environment, ideally in financial services
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including interviews and offer management
- Skilled in developing creative and diverse sourcing strategies across multiple levels
- Proven commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Knowledge of candidate tracking systems and recruiting processes
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
