A renowned recruitment professional services company is seeking a Campus Recruiter. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end campus recruitment delivery, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Deliver end-to-end campus recruitment services and advise on recruitment processes
• Develop attraction strategies in collaboration with internal leaders
• Monitor recruitment funnel metrics and address bottlenecks
• Coach and mentor coordinators to align with client culture and best practices
• Lead intake meetings and agree on recruitment plans with hiring managers
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists and manage the candidate experience
• Support hiring decisions, lead offer processes, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding
• Track candidate status and requisition updates in recruitment systems
• Ensure compliance with legislation and client service level agreements

Requirements:

• Practical experience of working within a highly complex or matrixed organisation
• Prior experience working with remote teams
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery in early careers and campus hiring
• Experience using recruitment technology
• Understanding of campus marketing and attraction strategies, including events, networking, social media and university relations
• Awareness of compliance and legislation requirements
• Professional level Japanese and English
