A global apparel company is looking for a Senior Talent Management and Organisational Effectiveness Manager. The selected candidate will lead organisational design, change management, and talent strategies to enhance team performance and foster inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and redesign organisational structures to improve efficiency and collaboration
• Lead change management initiatives and communication strategies
• Develop and implement talent management strategies including recruitment and succession planning
• Partner with justice and belonging teams to integrate inclusive practices
• Design and deliver talent development programs for future readiness
• Manage and coach team members, overseeing performance and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, organisational development, business administration, or a relevant domain
• 8-10 years of experience in organisational design and talent management
• Experience in leadership development, instructional design, and delivering training programs
• Skilled in organisational design and development
• Knowledge of talent management strategies and process
• Proficient in change management methodologies and communication strategy
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Business level written and verbal English; native level Japanese
