日本HRマネージャー/ Japan HR Manager

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Japan HR Manager (Talent Management). The selected candidate will oversee recruitment, talent development, employer branding, and strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings to onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills
• Strengthen employer branding to attract high-quality candidates
• Align HR strategies with business goals and ensure compliance with labor laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, or a relevant domain is a plus
• More than 8 years of business experience in HR function
• More than 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent development roles
• Understanding of recruitment strategies and employee development practices
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Skilled in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and learning management systems (LMS)
• Business level reading, written, and verbal Japanese and English
