A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an HR Talent Recruitment. The selected applicant will handle assignments across different aspects of the HR value chain, as well as involvement in key HR projects. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for talent acquisition
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives
• Manage employee relations
• Plan and operate compensation and benefit schemes
• Handle performance and succession management
• Oversee communications and change management
• Manage HR operations and third-party relationships

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR experience (manufacturing companies or consultancy firms is preferred)
• Proven track record of demonstrated leadership in managing projects with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
• Permission to work in Japan is required
• Fluent level English and Japanese
