リクルーター/ Recruiter

A global medical device company is seeking a Recruiter. The successful candidate will manage HR service delivery, recruitment processes, and employer branding while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a contract and remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR service delivery by partnering with HR Services and functional leaders to implement performance management solutions
• Ensure full compliance with Workday usage and streamline recruitment processes to meet business needs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring consistent practices and adherence to agency policies
• Develop recruitment metrics, dashboards, and employer branding strategies for North Asia
• Design and execute creative recruiting programs to reduce dependency on agencies
• Participate in cross-functional teams and oversee employee activities or special events

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment
• Prior experience with applicant tracking
• Proven experience as a remote member of a geographically dispersed global team
• Understanding of maximising candidate attraction through networking, social or professional media (LinkedIn), or job boards and websites
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent database management and record-keeping skills
