A renowned global business intelligence company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. The selected candidate will drive the recruitment process, enhance the hiring experience, and collaborate with HR functions across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive an effective hiring strategy to source, attract, and hire top talent primarily in Japan
- Provide creative solutions to hiring challenges and ensure strong delivery
- Improve hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, diversity, and candidate experience
- Collaborate with Global Acquisition Research Team to align sourcing strategies
- Build talent pipelines for Japan and Asia Pacific markets through direct sourcing
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to global policies and processes
- Advocate for Inclusive Hiring practices and champion employer branding
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, recruitment agencies)
- Strong direct sourcing experience and talent market intelligence in Japan
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, business leaders, and HR teams
- Adaptability to changes in processes and technology
- Native level Japanese and English
