Responsibilities:
- Drive hiring strategies to attract top talent
- Provide creative solutions and regular updates on hiring challenges
- Improve hiring metrics like time-to-fill, diversity, and candidate experience
- Collaborate with global research to align sourcing strategies

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with global hiring policies
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, and recruitment agencies)
- Experience in direct sourcing and talent market intelligence
- Native level Japanese and English
