リクルーター/ Recruiter

A renowned recruitment services firm is looking for a Recruiter. The selected candidate will manage the entire recruitment process and maintain strong relationships with line managers. This is a direct contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels including web adverts, referrals, networking, and databases
• Develop and maintain an in-house candidate database and systems
• Contact and interview prospective candidates, keeping detailed records
• Handle both permanent and temporary recruitment briefs
• Advertise roles internally and on external career sites
• Liaise with line managers for feedback on CVs and interviews
• Manage the offer process, providing up-to-date salary and market information
• Keep the account manager informed about recruitment progress and initiatives
• Provide consultative advice and support during the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain agreed service levels and liaise with client organisations
• Provide regular market information from internal and external sources
• Assist with job spec creation ensuring legislative compliance
• Follow all internal and client policies, aiming for service level targets
• Provide feedback on business development opportunities
• Develop and deliver business plans and recruitment strategies
• Implement effective resourcing, record keeping, and administration processes
• Produce regular meaningful MI reporting for clients and management teams

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of recruitment experience within any industry (chemical manufacturing is ideal)
• Proactive sourcing capability
• Ability to influence stakeholders and hiring managers
• Capable to provide market insights and intel on the talent market
• Business level Japanese; fluent level English
