A Sourcing Recruiter position is now open in a global talent acquisition company. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading vacancy consultation discussions to agree on recruitment plans with hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Inform attraction strategies, working with hiring managers to correctly identify approaches based on market and hiring demands
- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers
- Deliver excellent comprehensive candidate experience
- Proactively source candidates utilising a broad range of channels and techniques
- Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers
- Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked in the ATS to enable accurate reporting
- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
Requirements:
- Strong talent sourcing or recruiting background (finance industry is preferred)
- Experience in developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies
- Experience in managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Knowledge of various candidate sourcing strategies (web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching)
- Fluent level in Japanese and English
