A Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist position is now available at global luxury goods company. The chosen candidate will be managing end-to-end recruitment for key retail position. This is a Tokyo-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and nurture future retail leaders with HR and Store leaders
• Optimise talent sourcing via social media and innovative methods
• Support management throughout recruitment, resolving hurdles
• Handle high-volume seasonal hiring
• Plan recruitment for new store openings, ensuring full staffing pre-launch
• Assist with surveys and trend monitoring for policy adjustments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Humanities
• More than 8 years of HR experience
• More than 5 years of in-house recruitment experience in global retail, fashion, luxury, organisations as TA Specialist
• Knowledge of Labour Law, Compensation & Benefit, HR Operations
• Understanding of market challenges, trends, and best practices relates to talent acquisition
