タレントアクイジションスペシャリスト/ Talent Acquisition Specialist

An international producer of beverages is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful applicant for this role will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for the local departments. This is a direct contract position based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment life cycle on assigned positions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to develop a sourcing strategy
• Handle job postings on internal and external job sites
• Examine applicant CVs and prepare shortlists for managers
• Arrange interview schedules and materials
• Contribute to the recruitment knowledge sharing as well as best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, or a similar field
• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
• Background with high volume recruitment
• Possess experience within a multinational FMCG, luxury consumer goods, wine & spirits industry is advantageous
• Skilled in Google Suite or Workday is a plus
• Business level written and verbal English
