An innovative cloud consulting firm is looking to fill a Senior Talent Partner position. The chosen applicant will be responsible for developing and managing talent strategies to support business growth in the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

• Drive talent acquisition success through effective strategic plans
• Work with business leaders to attract exceptional talents
• Design and deploy recruiting programs and search engagements
• Arrange candidate interviews
• Foster candidate relationships
• Research market and candidate information
• Ensure effective stakeholder management

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• 3+ years of experience in technology recruitment either in-house or with a search firm
• Proven success in strategic talent mapping and networking
• Background in developing talent acquisition strategies
• Expertise in performance management for third-party business partners
• Excellent negotiation skills
