人事リクルーター/ HR Recruiter

A multinational business services provider is looking to fill an HR Recruiter position. The successful applicant will be accountable for overseeing SLAs to effectively manage the recruitment life cycle. This is a contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate recruitment and sourcing expertise
• Liaise with business teams on a regular basis
• Organise meetings regarding demand and supply
• Set up recruitment requirements
• Handle candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone screens, and interviews
• Arrange interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, or a similar domain
• 4+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment is ideal
• Background in sourcing and recruiting all employee levels
• Working knowledge of at least one recruitment management system like Tale
• Excellent client interfacing abilities
• Fluent level Japanese; conversational level English
