A respected European luxury fashion company is searching for a Senior Retail HR Manager. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for overall human resources at retail stores and act as a strategic business partner to retail managers, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and organisational development.
- Identify and address recruitment needs for retail
- Conduct administrative support activities for recruitment
- Cooperate with management to resolve employment issues
- Work with the compensation and benefits team regard payroll, social security, etc.
- Provide recruitment data to finance as per their requests
- Bachelor’s degree
- 15+ years of experience in HR in a multinational environment with 4+ years in recruitment
- Detailed understanding of luxury and fashion industries
- Knowledge of local labour market trends
- Interview skills
- English communication proficiency (written and spoken)
