An international business consulting firm is seeking an experienced recruiter as the Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining relationships with hiring agencies, internal business leaders and candidates to attract the best and brightest talent to the company.
- Define and understand the details and requirements such as job grade, salary, deadline, etc.
- Update postings about job openings
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and agencies; obtain referrals from external talents and internal employees
- Establish and maintain consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Solicit and document feedback from hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
- Regularly report on statuses at meeting with TA Lead and hiring managers
- 6+ years’ experience in TA at a fast-paced working environment
- Business level proficiency in English
