A large technology insurance organisation is searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit. This position will be responsible for managing a small team to carry out the recruitment process.
- Manage a small team
- Carry out recruiting for mid-career, haken, and campus
- Conduct talent development for team members
- Manage the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes while promoting a consistent and positive customer experience
- Utilize labour market expertise to provide consultation to hiring managers in hiring decisions
- Track metrics such as time to fill, cost per hire, etc.
- Ensure compliance to local guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of HR experience with 3+ of recruiting experience
- Vendor management skills
- Ability to conduct direct sourcing using job boards
- Successful experience recruiting candidates at all levels
- Native level Japanese; business level English
