A multinational IT company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to effectively source the best talent. The ideal candidate has some hands-on hiring experience and a track record of successfully discovering top talent using online and offline recruiting channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for openings across the Sales Divisions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, implement creative talent acquisition strategies, lead the assessment, selection and decision-making process
- Work closely with senior management, TA colleagues, and functional HR Business Partners to drive a world-class Talent Acquisition function to identify and hire the industry’s best talent
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or as an agency)
- Near-native fluency in Japanese and business level proficiency in English
- Experience in direct sourcing
- Experience utilizing various recruiting tools (search engines, social networks, job fairs, networking and other creative methods) to locate top talent
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and OFCCP guidelines
