A rewarding Recruiter role has emerged at a global automotive supplier. The candidate selected for this position will demonstrate prior experience in a similar role and hands-on expertise in the interview process. You will be responsible for designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy for both mid-career and new graduate hiring.
- Prepare and post jobs to job boards and newspapers
- Source and attract candidates using the best channels of databases, social media, and agents
- Screen candidates
- Conduct interviews
- Communicate with the hiring department and other HR members to welcome new employees
- A BA/BS
- 3-4 years’ work experience in recruitment
- A solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, etc.)
- Native level Japanese and fluent English
- Some business travel required
