人々サービスマネージャー/ People Services Manager (C&B)
A multinational consumer goods and services company is looking for a Manager, People Services. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations, oversee HR administration, and drive operational excellence while collaborating with teams and global HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead C&B operations, including payroll, taxation, benefits, social insurance, and statutory processes
- Ensure governance, compliance, and accuracy across all C&B data and transactions
- Manage annual C&B cycles such as merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and salary reviews
- Manage C&B-linked employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers
- Represent Japan in global HRIS/SuccessFactors system updates and enhancement projects
- Maintain HR master data accuracy and governance within SAP HRIS and SuccessFactors
- Manage vendors supporting C&B operations and partner with internal stakeholders for seamless execution
- Execute selected operational tasks hands-on, including payroll validation, benefits administration, and HR data updates
- Prepare C&B-related reports and data extracts for monthly, quarterly, and year-end activities
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, or People Services in a multinational environment
- Experience managing payroll, benefits, tax, social insurance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Understanding of Japanese labour law, payroll compliance, and C&B best practices
- Proficient in SAP HRIS and SuccessFactors systems
- Business level English and Japanese
Preferred requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
