A leading global investment management firm is seeking a People Team Specialist. The selected candidate will ensure compliance, optimise HR processes, and support employee engagement and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll and benefits operations in coordination with global and local People Team members and stakeholders
• Monitor HR-related legislative updates and ensure compliance with compensation, benefits, and payroll regulations
• Maintain organised HR data and reporting, and respond to business and audit inquiries promptly
• Identify and drive improvements in HR operational efficiency
• Oversee occupational safety and health activities with the company doctor and relevant HR leaders
• Handle employee inquiries on payroll and benefits while providing professional HR support

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in benefit and payroll operation is ideal
• Experience employee interface and employee relations
• Prior experience in compensation and benefit is a plus
• Knowledge of the general HR operation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; business level reading, written, and spoken English
