A renowned international school is seeking a Payroll Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for all staff.

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, and deductions
• Maintain and update employee payroll data in Smart HR
• Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social insurance regulations
• Prepare and file payroll-related reports and annual tax documentation
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting for data consistency and issue resolution
• Support budgeting, audits, and other administrative payroll matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in payroll
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel
• Native level Japanese; business level English
