HRサービススペシャリスト/ HR Service Specialist (Payroll)

A global energy services provider is looking for an HR Service Specialist. The selected candidate will manage payroll, benefits, service delivery, and process optimisation while ensuring compliance and excellence in HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll, social security, tax policies, and company benefits programs
• Ensure accurate accounting bookings and vendor performance improvements
• Deliver HR services aligned with SLAs, SOPs, and compliance standards
• Identify process optimisation opportunities and lead improvement initiatives
• Communicate HR policies and provide training on HR systems and processes
• Ensure compliance with country legal and regulatory HR requirements

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience with payroll, tax, and benefits programs
• Prior experience with Workday is ideal
• Experience in multinational companies is preferred
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English (TOEIC 700+)
