A global food manufacturer is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Staff - Service Specialist. The selected candidate will manage HR services, reporting, compliance, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR services, including talent status changes, announcements, and contracting
• Act as an HR contact for payroll, social insurance, benefits, and personnel issues
• Update and maintain HR data with accuracy
• Generate HR reports, track KPIs, and provide forecasts
• Propose and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
• Support audits and ensure compliance in all HR processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in data management, analysis, and reporting
• Prior experience in C&B, payroll, or HR Service
• Understanding of HR and labor law
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (VBA is preferred)
• Native level Japanese; business level English is preferred
