A global automotive company is looking for an HR Policies & Compensation Specialist. The selected candidate will analyse, review, and revise compensation schemes and HR policies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and revise compensation schemes
- Adjust schemes for company bonus and PPSP as per global rules
- Review and update policies based on changes in law and business needs
- Create new policies to meet business requirements
- Review and update rules of employment as needed
- Review and update contract templates based on policy changes
- Advise on compensation and HR policy for special projects
- Support policy implementation between policy team and business offices
- Consult HR business partners on compensation and policy topics
- Explain policy changes and provide additional advice
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5-10 years of experience in C&B, HR policies and labor law co-creation
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Understanding of Japanese labor standard law
- Proficient in Japanese and English
