A renowned chemical manufacturer is looking for a Total Rewards Manager. The selected candidate will manage and support employee compensation and benefits programs in Japan and provide transversal responsibilities for APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs in Japan
- Implement global projects (Advance Comp and grading)
- Transition local C&B to Total Rewards, liaising with the TR CoE Team
- Coordinate Workday implementation for C&B activities
- Oversee retirement scheme changes from DB to DC
- Execute grading change with HRBP
- Serve as contact for expats management
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in C&B
- Experience creating C&B policy or programmes in international companies
- Prior experience managing C&B work in a large corporate setting
- Proven experience in HCM system or payroll is preferred
- Business level English; fluent level reading, spoken and written Japanese
