An international luxury goods company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee various HR functions to support employee needs and organisational compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll, annual bonuses, and insurance processes
- Handle attendance and ensure compliance with labour laws
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle support
- Lead labour management agreements and maintain HR records
- Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries
- Improve HR operations and oversee global projects as required
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in in-house payroll at a mid-sized business
- Experience in attendance management and social or labour insurance
- Understanding of Japanese labour law and tax administration
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Business level verbal and written English
