A global hospitality company is looking for a Cluster Director of Human Resources. The selected candidate will lead HR strategy, talent management, and organisational effectiveness across multiple properties while aligning with regional objectives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cluster-wide HR strategy execution aligned with business priorities
• Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management
• Oversee recruitment processes and coach leaders on hiring best practices
• Manage compensation, benefits strategy, and internal equity analysis
• Enhance employee engagement, retention, and organisational development initiatives
• Develop HR teams and ensure effective delivery of HR programs and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
• 2-4 years of experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional domain
• Professional level Japanese and English
