ピープルパートナーマネージャー/ People Partner Manager
A multinational logistics organisation is looking for a People Partner Manager. The selected candidate will lead the local execution of people strategy, partner with leaders, and drive HR excellence through data-driven and compliant people practices.
Responsibilities:
- Implement global people strategy aligned with regional and business objectives
- Advise leaders and teams on all people-related matters as a trusted partner
- Lead the annual HR cycle, including performance management, compensation reviews, succession planning, and talent development
- Resolve employee relations matters in line with company policies and local labour regulations
- Monitor and apply updates to local labour laws to ensure ongoing compliance
- Facilitate internal mobility and talent development across teams and regions
- Collaborate with regional people teams on daily HR operations and complex cases
- Analyse HR data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement
- Design and deliver HR training sessions and workshops for leaders and employees
- Execute additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience as an HR generalist
- Proven experience across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, development, and employee relations
- Advanced knowledge of labour law
- Skilled in change management, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management

- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English

- Experience in unionised environments and large international organisations
