人事マネージャー/ HR Manager
A multinational industrial manufacturing company is looking for an HR Manager. The selected candidate will partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy, talent development, employee relations, and organisational engagement across key functions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to line management across Sales, Marketing, HQ, and Supply Chain functions
- Promote company culture, values, and code of conduct across the organisation
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and communication with labour bureaus and authorities
- Advise senior management on HR matters and support business and HR policy development
- Develop annual workforce and recruitment plans with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams
- Monitor appraisal processes and career development plans
- Design and implement talent development and organisational development initiatives
- Drive performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to propose engagement initiatives
- Manage labour union relationships and support organisational culture change
- Oversee HR policies, compliance, and employment management, including temporary staff and service contracts
- Support division-wide HR initiatives and internal communication programmes
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of HR management experience
- More than 3 years of people management experience
- Experience in non-Japanese companies within manufacturing or labour-intensive environments, managing around 300 employees
- Expertise in at least one HR COE area, such as TA, LD, TR, ER/LR, or HRSS, with exposure to additional areas
- Experience leading organisational or process change projects impacting large teams
- Proficient in Japanese and English
