HRマネージャー/ HR Manager

An international beauty company is seeking an HR Manager. The selected candidate will drive recruitment, talent management, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with Japanese labour laws.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment strategy and execution for retail sales personnel to support store expansion and hire Beauty Consultants/BAs
• Advise business leaders with data-driven talent insights to support strategic decisions
• Drive performance management and implement incentive and recognition programs to enhance sales results
• Manage operational HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and employee relations
• Ensure HR policies and processes comply with Japanese labour laws and optimise HR function efficiency
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including schedule management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

Requirements:

• More than 12 years of HR experience in recruitment, payroll, HR operations, or talent management
• Experience in beauty, consumer goods, or retail industries
• Proficient in Japanese labour laws, social security regulations, office software, and HRIS systems
• Fluent level Japanese and English
