H2R专家/分析师/ H2R Expert/Analyst

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an H2R (Hire-to-Retire) Expert/Analyst. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end HR processes, benefits administration, time & attendance, and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts and internal mobility
• Collaborate with P&O Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Technology teams
• Maintain accurate employee records in HCM systems (Workday, SAP/HR Core, SHAPEiN)
• Process transactions within SLA and KPI targets, ensuring quality and compliance
• Oversee benefits processes and provide guidance on policies and provider escalations
• Support audits, report operational performance, and identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations (pharmaceutical or regulated industry is ideal)
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) and time management tools
• Understanding of Japanese local labor law and HR compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Operational Metrics (SLA, KPI, quality audits)
• Fluent level Japanese and English
