人事マネージャー/ HR Manager

A global luxury fashion company is looking for an HR Manager. The selected candidate will lead HR operations, talent management, and recruitment strategies to align global policies with local practices.

Responsibilities:

• Align global HR policies with local practices and strategies
• Lead recruitment, manpower planning, and attrition management
• Oversee full-cycle hiring for corporate and retail positions
• Develop and improve HR processes, policies, and employment benefit
• Manage staff costs, compensation, and benefits programs
• Drive performance, talent management, and employee engagement

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of working experience in a related industry with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in Workday system
