HRマネージャー/ HR Manager
A global transportation company is looking for an HR Manager, APAC. The selected candidate will lead and enhance HR functions across the region, driving strategic initiatives, compliance, talent management, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across APAC
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan labour laws and international HR standards
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate with global HR teams on international projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and organisational development
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the region
- Manage HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with external vendors and stakeholders to support HR objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- More than 7 years of HR experience
- More than 3 years of experience in an international HR role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore, Hong Kong, or Japan employment laws and global HR practices
- Excellent planning, analytical, project management, and IT skills
- Proficient in English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in a multinational corporation or regional HR role
- Possess valid HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, IHRP)
