労務管理のエキスパート/ Labor Management Expert

A global business consulting firm is seeking an HR – Labor Management Expert / Senior Expert. The selected candidate will oversee labor management policies and initiatives to foster a productive and compliant workplace. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with management and supervisors to align labor policies and workplace culture
• Develop and update labor rules in line with national laws and international standards
• Monitor working hours and conditions, recommending improvements for sustainable practices
• Promote employee health and provide access to preventive care and industrial physicians
• Manage staffing and mobility across international offices, including immigration support
• Oversee payroll, records, and benefits programs to enhance employee engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in labor management (professional service environment)
• Experience in payroll, benefits, working hour management
• Prior experience in SAP and attendance management system is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level written and spoken Japanese and English
