人事スペシャリスト/ HR Specialist

A global automotive company is seeking an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will provide hands-on support across HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, HR administration, and engagement initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Calculate salaries, manage social security contributions, and implement bonus structures
• Conduct benchmark surveys and evaluate positions in the market
• Design, set up, and implement HR policies, workflows, and operational improvements
• Support personnel supervision, performance management, and long-term talent planning
• Build and manage training programs, budgets, and supplier relationships
• Liaise with local authorities on personnel matters and manage labour contracts, visas, and work permits
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a harmonious working atmosphere
• Organise team activities and support EHS compliance according to global standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Experience in personnel management, HR policy implementation, and employee development
• Knowledge of labour market trends, HR practices in an international environment
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Work experience in the Automotive industry
