人事・組織マネージャー/ People & Organisation Manager

A global manufacturing company is seeking a People & Organisation Manager. The selected candidate will develop and deploy HR programs, manage talent, and ensure compliance while supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business needs and global frameworks
• Integrate local HR processes, trainings, talent management, and career path models
• Contribute to Country Management and Asia People & Organisation teams with analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Deploy People & Organisation programs and policies according to corporate guidelines
• Manage compensation, benefits, compliance, and labour relations in line with local regulations and group standards
• Build talent pipelines, implement staffing initiatives, and drive performance management and succession planning
• Define and deploy country-level training plans and internal communication initiatives
• Manage and coach the People & Organisation team to ensure execution of policies and best practices
• Gather, analyse, and maintain HR data and reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in multinational/global companies
• Expert knowledge of Japanese labour law
• Ability and willingness to take hands-on action and roll up sleeves
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
